How long does it take to install a new phone system? Is there any downtime?
Typically, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to install a new system with no downtime. We set up the new system alongside the old one and switch over once the system is ready to port numbers.
What does it mean to port my phone numbers?
Porting your phone numbers involves us coordinating with your current carrier to schedule a time and date to transfer your numbers from the old service to the new one.
What is the warranty on the new phone equipment?
Our equipment warranties range from 5 years to a lifetime.
Do I have to replace my existing wiring to install a new phone system?
